about us

Led by faith.
Rooted in love.
Built for the children of Haiti.

We’re a small nonprofit with a single mission: to build a safe, permanent orphanage in Cap-Haitien, Haiti — a place where abandoned and vulnerable children can grow, heal, learn, and know they are loved.

Our story began with a vision from our founder, Juslaine Pierre, a nurse with a heart deeply burdened for the children of Haiti. After witnessing firsthand the cycles of poverty, neglect, and abandonment, she gathered a few others who shared her faith and her fire — and together, Nurses for Christ Mission was born.

We’re not a massive organization. We don’t have million-dollar donors or fancy offices. We’re just people — nurses, believers, volunteers, and friends — who believe every child deserves to be safe, seen, and supported.

What We're Building

A Safe Home

We’re creating a place where children feel protected, cared for, and finally at peace.A space where stability replaces fear — and love is part of daily life, not just survival.

Education & Growth

Every child deserves the chance to learn, dream, and grow into who God made them to be.Through education, we’re helping them build a future that isn’t defined by their past.

Healthcare & Healing

We’re providing access to essential medical care — because healing is part of hope. From physical wellness to emotional support, we believe in whole-person care.

Why We Do It

We do this because no child should grow up wondering if they matter.

In Haiti, too many children are abandoned, forgotten by broken systems, and left without the basic care every human deserves. We’re not here to rescue them — we’re here to stand with them.

We believe every child deserves safety, support, and someone in their corner. And we believe God calls us to be that someone.

This mission isn’t glamorous. It’s not fast. But it’s faithful.
And we’re not stopping until these children have a place to call home.
